On Thursday, May 9th, we held the final workshop on the Call for Proposals for the “Energy Renovation of Residential Buildings,” announced by the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction, and State Property.
In collaboration with Lina Benović from E-Konzalt d.o.o., DOOR conducted a free workshop on applications for the Call for energy renovation of residential buildings for representatives of building tenants and other interested citizens in Križevci.
We explained the purpose and objectives of the call, as well as the minimum and maximum amount that can be obtained for an approved project proposal.
We clarified the obligations of applicants related to project financing, the conditions for submitting a project proposal, and the activities eligible for co-financing that could have started before the opening of this Call.
We presented eligible project activities and the eligible measures within each activity, from project documentation development, energy renovation, and project management to promotion and project visibility.
After explaining the renovation categories eligible for co-financing under this Call, we showed the maximum amounts and co-financing rates for each measure of all eligible project activities.
The workshop was primarily intended for questions from representatives of building tenants and other interested citizens about this Call and other questions they might not have been able to get answers to regarding energy renovation of residential buildings until now!
The Call is open until June 3, 2024, until 4:00 PM!
