Within the crOss renoHome project, we conducted two workshops aimed at informing the public about the Call for Proposals for the allocation of non-refundable funds for the energy renovation of residential buildings, announced by the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction, and State Property.
The workshops took place this Monday and Tuesday in the local committees of Podusused and Gajnice, led by Matija Eppert and Zvonimir Anić from DOOR, and expert Lina Benović from E-Konzalt.
The Ministry has provided significant funding in the amount of 94,235,322.37 euros for this program. This Call co-finances the development of project documentation and energy renovation of existing residential buildings that were undamaged or damaged in the earthquakes that struck the area of the City of Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje County, Zagreb County, Sisak-Moslavina County, and Karlovac County in March and December 2020.
Project proposals can be submitted from March 29 to June 3, 2024, until 4:00 PM. After the application deadline, all received project proposals will be evaluated to enable co-financing of projects with the highest number of points according to eligibility and selection criteria.
The co-financing rate of eligible costs varies depending on the renovation category. For activities related to project documentation development, project management, and administration, the rate ranges from 85% to 100%, for energy renovation activities from 60% to 80%, while the co-financing rate for promotion and visibility activities is fixed at 85%.
These workshops provided participants with useful information and advice on the application process for the Call, enabling them to better understand the criteria and procedures.
