KLIK: We Participated in the ManagEnergy Masterclass in Brussels

On 27 and 28 February 2026, we participated in the ManagEnergy Masterclass in Brussels, dedicated to improving the functioning of the One-Stop-Shop (OSS) model for energy renovation and the energy transition.

The masterclass brought together 30 representatives of OSS initiatives and energy agencies from across Europe. The program combined expert lectures, examples of best practices, and group exercises based on real-life situations and case studies. Among them, the example of our Križevci energy renovation office, established within the crOss renohome project, was also analyzed.

This three-day in-person meeting was part of a broader training process that KLIK has been undergoing from early January to mid-February, with the goal of developing a higher-quality and more sustainable business plan for the OSS. Through this process, we aim to further improve the support we provide to citizens and local communities in energy renovation projects and investments in clean energy, while also developing new services for citizens and companies.

Knowledge sharing, networking, and the exchange of experience at the European level are important for us in order to strengthen local solutions and further develop energy transition services within our community.

The program was organized as part of the ManagEnergy initiative of the European Commission, which for more than 20 years has supported local and regional energy agencies in their role as drivers of the energy transition. KLIK was selected to participate based on its previous experience and results in working with citizens.
