New Guidelines for the Energy Renovation of Multi-Apartment Buildings have been published, intended for representatives of co-owners, building managers, designers, and all stakeholders involved in the preparation and implementation of energy renovation projects. The document was created with the aim of providing clear and practical information necessary for planning, financing, and carrying out energy-efficiency measures in multi-apartment buildings.

The Guidelines offer an overview of the steps in implementing energy renovations, recmmendations for the proper preparation of project documentation, as well as instructions related to available financing models and the roles of individual institutions in the process. This helps users navigate procedures more easily and improves the quality of project preparation, which is crucial for the successful completion of renovations.

The document is aligned with the guidelines previously developed for family houses, with additional adjustments reflecting the specific features of multi-apartment buildings.
