The public call is intended for the co-financing of the installation of photovoltaic power plants for the production of electricity for own consumption on the roofs of existing family houses or on existing auxiliary buildings located next to the family house.
Applications may be submitted exclusively by natural persons — owners of family houses — who, at the time the photovoltaic power plant is put into operation, had permanent residence in those houses.
Funds are available for power plants that have been installed and put into operation from January 1, 2025, covering up to 50% of eligible project costs, or up to €600 per kW of the installed nominal power of the photovoltaic power plant.
Submission of applications for the reopened call began on October 8, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., and is carried out exclusively electronically, by entering data and uploading documentation into the eFZOEU information system, accessible via the link: https://fondovi.gov.hr.
Access to the eFZOEU system is carried out by identification through credentials from the National Identification and Authentication System (NIAS) at a significant security level.
The applicant submits the application independently, but it may also be submitted on their behalf by an authorized representative, provided they hold a special power of attorney certified by a notary public.
More information is available on the Fund’s website – link.
