THE PUBLIC CALL FOR THE SOLAR FUND 2024 IS OPEN!

The public call is intended for co-financing the installation of photovoltaic power plants for the production of electricity for self-consumption on the roofs of existing family houses or on existing auxiliary buildings located next to the family house.

Only natural persons — owners of family houses — may apply, provided that they had registered residence in the house at the time the photovoltaic power plant was put into operation.

Funds are available for systems installed and put into operation between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024, and put into operation by June 6, 2025. The funding covers up to 50% of eligible project costs, or up to €600 per kW of the installed nominal capacity of the photovoltaic system.

Submission of applications for the reopened call began on October 29, 2025, at 9:00 AM, and must be done exclusively online by entering data and uploading documentation into the eFZOEU information system, accessible via the link: https://fondovi.gov.hr.

Access to the eFZOEU system requires identification using credentials from the National Identification and Authentication System (NIAS) with a high level of security.
The applicant submits the application independently, or an authorized representative may submit it on their behalf if they hold a special power of attorney certified by a notary public.
