As part of the crOss renoHome project, two important reports—D2.3 Online tool architecture developed and D2.4 Online tool developed and running—have been published under Work Package 2 (WP2). These reports mark major progress in developing an interactive online tool that will serve as a One-Stop Shop (OSS) and virtual marketplace for energy renovation in Croatia.
Developed by CGBC with support from external IT experts, the tool’s architecture (D2.3) and its functional online version (D2.4) are designed to make the renovation process easier for homeowners and professionals alike. The platform includes separate sections for single-family and multi-family buildings, offering access to:
- Open calls and financial instruments
- Renovation advice and standardized contracts
- Contact details for relevant experts
A dedicated area will also allow service providers—such as designers, contractors, manufacturers, supervisory companies, and banks—to showcase their services and connect directly with investors.
The platform will be available in Croatian, first as a test version (M24) and later as a fully operational version (M28).
