The crOss renoHome project has reached an important milestone with the launch of the publicly available digital platform Home Energy Renovation designed to support citizens in planning and implementing home energy renovation.
The platform brings together key information, tools and services in one place, providing users with support throughout different stages of the renovation journey, from information gathering and planning to implementation and financing.
Through the digital platform, users can access:
- information and guidance on energy renovation measures
- clear and dedicated renovation pathways for single-family homes and multi-apartment buildings, with support throughout the process
- educational materials, guides and frequently asked questions
- a solar calculator for estimating potential savings
- a database of contractors and energy renovation experts, including a filter tool to help users find relevant and trusted partners
- standardized contracts between homeowners and designers, as well as between homeowners and contractors, tailored separately for single-family homes and multi-apartment buildings
- information on public calls for proposals, including open and upcoming calls at local and national levels
- an overview of financial instruments and financing opportunities
In this way, the platform enables citizens to more easily access the information and support needed to make informed renovation decisions, while also connecting key stakeholders involved in the renovation process.
The launch of the platform marks an important step in developing the integrated support model promoted by crOss renoHome to accelerate residential energy renovation and contribute to the green transition.
