At the annual European Climate Pact event Together in Action 2026, held in Brussels from March 23 to 25, 2026, the crOss-renoHome project was presented as part of a broader program of knowledge exchange, cooperation, and strengthening climate initiatives at the European level.
The event brought together more than 800 in-person participants and numerous online attendees from 25 countries, including representatives of European Union institutions, climate experts, civil society organizations, and Climate Pact ambassadors. The program included panel discussions, expert sessions, workshops, and presentations of good practices, with a special focus on climate resilience, innovation, and community collaboration.
crOss-renoHome took part through a thematic presentation and panel discussion dedicated to open systems (OSS) and their application in climate projects. The presentation focused on the importance of open collaboration, digital and organizational tools for knowledge exchange, and strengthening the capacity of local communities to implement climate solutions.
As part of the program, Martina Nemčić (also Climate Pact ambassador) presented the OSS approach and the crOss-renoHome project, emphasizing the importance of connecting different European initiatives and the practical application of solutions in real local contexts. Special emphasis was placed on collaborative models that enable scaling of good practices and faster implementation of climate measures.
The participation of crOss-renoHome contributed to greater project visibility, strengthened partnerships, and the exchange of experiences with other participants in the European climate community
