The third and final workshop of this year’s summer series, organized by the KLIK climate and energy office, has been held in Križevci. Citizens who attended had the opportunity to learn more about the public call through which the City of Križevci promotes energy efficiency in households.
The City has allocated a budget of 200,000 euros for this initiative, allowing citizens to receive up to 80% co-financing for the preparation of the main project and 50% for the construction of solar power plants. Households at risk of energy poverty can benefit from 80% co-financing for the main project, 80% for the installation of solar power plants, and 100% for attic insulation using glass wool.
Participants in the workshop were provided with detailed information on the conditions, models, and application process for the public call, as well as the technical aspects, required documentation, and benefits of installing solar power plants and attic insulation.
Representing the City at the workshop was Ivana Dubravec, an advisor for energy efficiency, environmental protection, and spatial planning, who was available to answer citizens’ questions about improving the energy efficiency of their homes.
For those who were unable to attend any of the three summer workshops, information is available at the KLIK climate and energy office, located at Ivana Zakmardija Dijankovečkog 8 in Križevci. The application process is open until September 1st, and KLIK will continue to support citizens in gathering the necessary documentation and submitting their applications until then. After funding is approved, KLIK will guide residents through the entire process, up until November 1st, by which date the solar power plants and attic insulation must be installed and the reimbursement documentation submitted to the City.
