First One Stop Shop for Comprehensive Home Renovation Opens in Križevci, Croatia

Last Friday, on September 20, 2024, Croatia’s first One Stop Shop (OSS) for comprehensive home renovation was officially opened in Križevci, as part of the crOSS renoHome project. This innovative center offers citizens comprehensive information on home energy renovation, ways to reduce utility costs, and improve quality and comfort of living.

 

Martina Nemčić from KLIK introduced the work of the OSS, while Anamari Majandžić from DOOR explained the goals and significance of the crOSS renoHome project. Ivana Dubravec, an advisor on energy efficiency and spatial planning, and the Mayor of Križevci, Mario Rajn, also addressed attendees, highlighting the importance of green policies the city is implementing on its path toward energy independence.

 

The opening event was supported by Deputy Mayor Danijel Šaško, participants of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation’s Social Justice School, a delegation of Ukrainian journalists, as well as representatives from the Green Energy Cooperative, the Society for Sustainable Development Design, and the Croatian Green Building Council.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The OSS is located in the KLIK Energy and Climate Office at 8 Ivana Zakmardija Dijankovečki Street and is open to all citizens interested in improving the energy standards of their homes.
