As part of the crOss renoHome project: New Guidelines for the Energy Renovation of Family Houses Published

With the aim of supporting citizens in preparing high-quality projects and successfully applying to upcoming public calls for the energy renovation of family houses, new Guidelines for the Energy Renovation of Family Houses have been published. The document provides all key information needed to understand the renovation process, technical requirements, eligible costs, and the procedure for preparing documentation.

The guidelines were developed to help homeowners navigate the procedures of energy renovation and to improve their understanding of the conditions set by the competent authorities. They are particularly useful for those planning to submit a project to future calls issued by the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets, as well as the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund.

The document was created as part of the project and follows the latest regulations and current guidelines for improving energy efficiency in family houses. It is intended for a wide range of users – from citizens and designers to energy certifiers and professionals involved in project implementation.
