The goal of this Call is to increase renewable energy sources in the existing electricity consumption in households in the area of the city of Križevci, increase the energy efficiency of family houses in the area of the city of Križevci, reduce energy consumption and heating costs for vulnerable groups of citizens at risk of energy poverty, and reduce CO₂ greenhouse gas emissions.

The subject of the invitation is the promotion of energy efficiency in households and the co-financing of citizens within the framework of the following activities:

• A1: co-financing of the preparation of project documentation – creation of the Main Project of a solar power plant for the production of electricity in households in grid operation for all citizens who meet the conditions of the Call
• co-financing of energy efficiency in households, which includes the preparation of project documentation – preparation of the Main Project of a solar power plant and/or the construction of solar power plants for the production of electricity in households in grid operation and/or the installation of thermal insulation of the attic of housing for vulnerable groups citizens at risk of energy poverty.

Applicants can, per application, exercise the right to co-financing under activity A1 – co-financing of the preparation of project documentation (production of the Main Project of a solar power plant) if they meet the conditions of the Call or under activity A2 if they meet the conditions of the Call for citizens at risk of energy poverty. Applications can be submitted by households located in the area of the city of Križevac for existing family houses.

The right to City funds in accordance with this Invitation can be exercised by citizens if they meet the following conditions:

1. Owners or co-owners, with the consent of all co-owners, of the family home where the project is being implemented,
2. Have residence at the address of the family home, where the project is implemented, registered by the time of submission of documentation or before,
3. The metering point/connection to the energy system is in the name of the citizen,
4. Submit an application to the city for the allocation of co-financing funds on the prescribed form
5. They accept the conditions of co-financing in accordance with the invitation and the general acts of the city,
6. They have no outstanding and/or unregulated debts due to the city,
7. They also meet other invitation conditions i
8. They conclude a co-financing agreement with the city.
